The Challenge
Tier-1 mining clients hesitated to commit to full-scale autonomous transitions. The risk and cost of replacing multi-million dollar haul trucks and dozers felt too high. The provider’s existing messaging was fragmented too: it never clearly defined the "Beachhead Offering", the retrofit kit, as a low-friction entry point into the autonomy framework ecosystem. Roadmapping sessions showed the product/service breakdown needed restructuring. It had to focus on how the hardware stack (LiDAR, radar, cameras) integrates with existing Drive-by-Wire systems, not just the end-state of a fully autonomous site.
Our Approach
We built a "Maximum LTV Adoption Roadmap" that redefined the sales process as a series of phased technical milestones. It started with the "Beachhead" retrofit kit for existing vehicles. A brand voice built around being "Expert, Ambitious, Conversational, and Pragmatic" supported that entry point. The content strategy highlighted the autonomy framework's compliance with MISRA and AUTOSAR standards, addressing the procurement anxieties of safety-regulated industrial stakeholders. That shift showed up in the new HubSpot information architecture too, which categorized offerings by hardware integration levels and safety-certification tiers.
