A global leader in security awareness training needed its HubSpot CMS environment completely rebuilt. The new architecture had to support a vast library of site resources and multi-region localization.

The Challenge
The site carried significant "SEO debt": 228 broken internal links and 486 images missing alt-text. Mobile performance was failing too. Render-blocking resources and unused JavaScript penalized the brand in search rankings despite high organic desktop volume. Inside the portal, the picture was no better. The HubSpot instance was bloated with 595 active workflows, nearly 200 of them flagged as at-risk, and a database structure with over 350 custom properties.
Our Approach
A three-month audit and roadmapping effort came first, untangling the existing automation logic and site architecture. Localization shifted from a standard language selector to self-contained HubSpot instances for each geographic region, to improve local performance and data governance. Development surfaced frontend discrepancies where desktop views were incorrectly rendering mobile contact forms, plus HubDB rendering errors that kept integration logos from loading. We fixed both. The final go-live sequence ran over a 72-hour window in April 2024, with 100% redirect routing from HTTP to HTTPS.

The migration retained all existing SEO rankings and organic traffic levels. That held even while 367 redirect chain loops were resolved.

Mobile performance moved beyond the baseline 30/100 score. Fixing render-blocking JavaScript and unused CSS erased the deficit.

The "Integrations" and "Find a Partner" directories run on HubDB. The client manages hundreds of records through a table interface, and filterable frontend modules render automatically from it.
We passed on HubSpot's native multi-language page sets. Restructuring the environment into localized instances gave better control over regional data compliance and local agent routing.
