The Challenge
The digital footprint sat siloed across legacy architectures that didn't reflect the firm's operational scale. The firm runs 10,000+ sq. ft. of lab space and a complex portfolio of skeletal muscle-derived cells (skMDC). Yet the technical team faced a high bounce rate of 76.89% and a fragmented URL taxonomy that confused search engine crawlers. Tracking was incomplete too. There was no verified "Contact Us" destination goal and no "Free Trial" event data.
Our Approach
The migration ran in two steps. First, we mapped the disordered legacy catalog against a more semantically relevant /products/tag/ structure. Then we implemented a global tracking container and mapped extensive 301 redirects so phase-appropriate GMP manufacturing content stayed accessible. Post-launch QA surfaced specific technical SEO flags, missing alt-text for PDF icons and Title Tag length discrepancies among them. We resolved each flag systematically to lock in site performance.
