Standardizing Global Marketing Assets to Accelerate Campaign Velocity for an Enterprise Financial Data Provider

Hero featured image

Unchecked asset sprawl across AMER, EMEA, and APAC delayed campaign launches for a $1B+ financial data provider. We centralized operations on a modular HubSpot CMS Design Manager framework.

Locked global form schemas and standardized templates cut campaign launch times from weeks to 48 hours. No developer resources needed.

Executive Summary

Context

Global asset standardization for a $1B+ financial analytics firm. The work replaced "rogue" regional marketing assets with a governed, scalable CMS framework.

what-we-built-header-icon

What We Built

A centralized CMS template library plus a standardized form schema. Both support rapid, compliant global deployment.

tech-stack-header-icon

Tech Stack

  • HubSpot CMS Hub Enterprise, HubSpot Design Manager, HubSpot global Forms & CTAs, Custom CSS/HubL Framework.

Not a fit for smaller organizations running single-region operations. It's also wrong where strict global brand and data governance isn't needed.

the-challenge-header-icon

The Challenge

Technical and design debt had piled up everywhere. Regional silos had produced hundreds of disparate landing pages and forms, often with conflicting data requirements. Global reporting was impossible, and the firm couldn't react quickly to market opportunities, specifically a 16-month window to displace a major competitor. The client's internal team also asked for outdated UX patterns, like paginating the "Insight" blog, which would have fractured the reading experience and weakened SEO authority.

our-approach-header-icon

Our Approach

We built a "modular" template system instead of rigid pages. Flexible modules in the HubSpot Design Manager allowed regional variation while keeping a global code base. A strict data schema governed all global forms, so every submission captured the "Firm Type" and "Business Challenge" fields the Salesforce routing engine required. The blog redesign forced a real choice: paginate, as requested, or load a dynamic single page. We pushed back on pagination and shipped the single-page load to maximize engagement and CTA visibility.

Global Brand Governance

Asset control for AMER, EMEA, and APAC sits in one place. Every public-facing marketing touchpoint keeps 100% brand alignment.

Enhanced Data Reliability

Global form fields are standardized across all regions. That enables unified reporting and precise lead routing into the enterprise CRM.

Optimized UX Performance

Blog engagement and conversion improved with a modern, non-paginated article architecture. Contextually relevant sidebar CTAs support each article.

Technical Blueprint
1

A centralized library of HubL-based modules lets regional teams "drag and drop" unique layouts. Every layout stays within the firm's global CSS constraints.

2

A "Master Form" strategy locks the core fields (Email, Firm Type, Region) at the administrative level. Regional teams can't spin up non-compliant data silos of their own.

3

Sidebar CTAs on the HubSpot CMS update dynamically based on the "Topic" or "Industry" tag of each blog article. The match raises conversion relevance.

4

HubSpot's content partitioning and folders organize assets by region. A shared global library still holds core branding elements and compliance notices for every region.

Modular HubSpot CMS template architecture and standardized global form schema.

A centralized operational framework built on a modular HubSpot CMS Design Manager architecture. By enforcing locked global form schemas and standardizing templates across regions, it eliminates unchecked asset sprawl and drastically reduces global campaign launch times without requiring continuous developer resources.

FAQ

How do you balance regional marketing autonomy with strict global brand standards?

The system splits "Framework vs. Content." The framework, meaning headers, footers, typography, and core data fields, is locked at the global level. Regional teams control the content: imagery, copy, and specific offer types, all within the pre-approved modular structure. Localized marketing happens without compromising the technical integrity of the HubSpot-Salesforce sync.

Why was blog pagination rejected in favor of a single-page architecture?

Pagination often inflates page views artificially while damaging the user experience and the distribution of SEO "link juice." An enterprise financial firm wants the reader to stay engaged with high-value insights. The single-page architecture, supported by dynamic sidebars, keeps the path to the next relevant action, the CTA, free of a manual "next page" click.
