Unified Site Architecture for Merged 4G RPM Hardware and CCM Software Platforms

Hero featured image

A private-equity-backed healthcare merger required unifying 4G-cellular RPM hardware and clinical CCM software online.

We developed a 15-template website roadmap on HubSpot Enterprise to support native EHR integration. This modular architecture prevented service cannibalization and satisfied enterprise procurement needs while meeting a rigid 14-day MVP deadline.

Executive Summary

Context

A San Francisco-based private equity firm required a unified brand and technical architecture for three merged portfolio companies.

Reconciling a physical 4G RPM device ecosystem with clinical CCM software meant routing all data through a proprietary integration layer into provider EHRs.

What We Built

A technical website roadmap encompassing 15 templates and a unified identity system, executed in a two-phase rollout to prioritize a 14-day MVP launch.

Tech Stack

  • HubSpot Sales & Content Hub Enterprise, Evelyn (Proprietary Clinical Platform), 4G-Cellular RPM Hardware, Native EHR Integration Layer

Not a fit for healthcare providers seeking a simple brochure site or those without a complex multi-product architecture requiring deep technical documentation for EHR and device compliance.

the-challenge-header-icon

The Challenge

The simultaneous merger of three legacy entities created an immediate conflict between physical product logistics and software service delivery. While one entity specialized in shipping 4G-enabled diagnostic hardware that operates independently of patient Wi-Fi, the other managed software-based chronic care coordination. This required a site architecture that prevented service-line cannibalization while satisfying the distinct procurement needs of health systems and small clinics. Legacy brand loyalties complicated the feedback. The site hierarchy still had to signal a unified future without alienating existing user bases. An aggressive 14-day deadline for the initial public presence added significant operational pressure during the brand consolidation phase.

Our Approach

We ran a high-velocity sprint to deploy an MVP landing page within the first two weeks, establishing a beachhead for the new brand. Workshops mapped the data flow of the "Evelyn" platform so the site’s UX mirrored the clinician workflow of pushing hardware data directly into a patient’s EHR. We divided the 15-template roadmap into two phases: the first focused on core RPM and CCM service nodes and a technical device index, while the second expanded into deep-funnel content and persona-specific resources. This phased delivery let the visual identity team finalize the logo and style tiles in parallel with the sitemap development.

Provided a CMS-agnostic roadmap that protects the integrity of the HubSpot Enterprise backend while allowing for flexible frontend development.
Technical Blueprint
1
Designed a specialized template for 4G-cellular hardware that prioritizes FDA compliance data and technical specs over standard marketing copy.
2
Structured the site’s technical nodes to reflect the Evelyn platform’s native connectivity, signaling to IT directors that the system eliminates third-party portal friction.
3
Used a split delivery model to prioritize core service pages while building the architectural foundation for long-term resource-heavy nodes.
4
Built a sitemap using a cluster-node model to preserve legacy brand SEO equity while nesting all technical product lines under a unified parent domain.
Healthcare merger architecture unifying RPM hardware and CCM software onto a HubSpot platform.

Merging distinct healthcare hardware and clinical software platforms risks severe service cannibalization and disjointed UX. Developing a unified 15-template website roadmap on HubSpot Enterprise structures the taxonomy to support native EHR integration. This modular approach preserves enterprise procurement workflows and enables a rapid MVP deployment without sacrificing clinical credibility.

Scope it with us

FAQ

How does this architecture address the specific procurement anxieties of Enterprise Health Systems?

The roadmap includes dedicated templates for health systems that focus specifically on readmission reduction metrics and EHR interoperability. Technical readers can find compliance and integration data without wading through small-practice marketing content.

Why split the website roadmap into two phases instead of a single build?

In a PE-backed merger, time-to-market is the primary constraint. The first stage provides the essential templates needed for an immediate unified presence. The second stage allows for the deeper technical documentation that long-term clinical and persona-focused marketing needs.
