Orchestrate Complex Journeys in Marketing Hub
These days, customer journeys are more like a complex web of online and offline interactions than a linear path. For marketers in enterprise companies, tracking and optimizing across all touch points has become equally, if not more, complex. That means their marketing software should be able to handle sophisticated, multi-stage customer journeys, and help simplify the process of driving engagement.
HubSpot Spring Spotlight has just brought the solution.
The feature to know: Journey Automation
HubSpot’s Journey Automation allows you to build (and optimize) complex omnichannel journeys, from first touchpoint to last, while offering a bird’s-eye view over every pathway. Originally, each stage had to be built within separate HubSpot workflows, making it difficult to see the full experience at a glance. This feature solves that problem.
Journey Automation technically contains two tools: Journey Builder, which is new, accompanied by the pre-existing Journey Analytics tool.
Using the Journey Builder, you can quickly design customer journeys on a virtual canvas from scratch or pre-built templates. Create different enrollment triggers for the activities you want prospects to complete at every stage of the journey, treating each like you would a workflow.
The tool is simple to use, yet powerful. What’s more, HubSpot says there’s extra enhancements in the works, including AI updates.

Combine Journey Automation with Journey Analytics, and you will understand how well your touchpoints are performing—and exactly where to optimize. The analytics show the impact of each interaction, where disengagement occurs, and even the percentage of users taking different paths based on their intent.
Journey Automation is only available to Marketing Hub Enterprise customers. Log in to enroll in the public beta.

Create Consistent On-brand Content in Content Hub
Content Hub represents the next evolution in content marketing with HubSpot. With help from AI-infused content creation tools, such as Content Remix, Content Hub is helping busy marketers easily create and manage on-brand content across various channels. Thankfully, the just-announced Brand Identity feature has arrived to further streamline the process.
The feature to know: Brand Identity
Brand Identity aims to support the creation of higher-quality AI-generated content within the platform. The feature gathers contextual information about your brand from your existing content (once switched on) and takes note of voice, tone, ICP, and products. It then integrates these qualities into AI-generated content created in HubSpot, which helps ensure consistency across assets.
Brand Identity enhances all of HubSpot’s generative AI tools, including Copilot and Content Agent, and applies to blogs, landing pages, and case studies. We expect teams will go from blank page to first draft faster with a little help from HubSpot’s AI.
While we caution readers in leaning on AI for content creation, it can have its place if used discerningly. Our advice? Never hit publish on AI-generated content without putting it through a thorough human review. Always check outputs for accuracy and bias, and carefully edit before go-live.
Brand Identity is available to users with any Pro or Enterprise hub subscription, except Commerce Hub. Log in to enroll in the public beta.
Take Control with the “Command Center” in Sales Hub
This feature keeps getting better. Almost all Spotlight updates in Sales Hub were awarded to Sales Workspace, which has gone through several enhancements since its initial release. HubSpot says it’s “the future of selling in HubSpot.”
So, what’s new this time and why is it such a big deal?
The feature to know: Sales Workspace
For those unfamiliar with Sales Workspace, you can think of it as a sales command center. When you log on for the day, or aren’t speaking with customers, this is where you should be. It centralizes the most important information a rep should know about what’s in play. Leads, deals, important tasks, the day’s schedule—they’re all organized in one place.
2-minute demo: Sales Workspace (or what we like to call, the Command Center)
Here’s why reps will love it: No more context switching. Teams stay focused and work faster than ever because what took minutes now takes seconds. Proponents of Sales Workspace say, thanks to the latest round of updates, reps spend more time on relationships, and improve the way they sell.
Fresh workspace updates and improvements include:
- Enhanced guided actions, which surfaces sales priorities and recommendations
- The addition of task, dashboard and target account tabs
- New daily digest and a HubSpot notetaker tool
Sales Workspace is live and available to HubSpot customers on Sales Hub Pro and Enterprise. Of the improvements, we recommend testing out the Target Accounts feature that allows reps to execute an account-based selling strategy backed by AI insights. Log in to check it out now.
