The Challenge

The provider had no standardized keyword hierarchy for the technical terms procurement leads use across global mining hubs. Its digital presence pulled only 1,473 average monthly users, and it wasn't capturing the technical entities tied to the client's autonomy framework (SAF) or the broader "Autonomy 2.0" retrofit kit. Search performance stayed siloed by region. Without a multi-region targeting matrix, the provider couldn't build authority in markets like Australia and Japan.

Our Approach

We built a five-region keyword targeting matrix that mapped local terminology to core hardware products: LiDAR, radar, and cameras integrated with Drive-by-Wire systems. The architecture prioritized technical entities, such as "autonomous mining equipment," in the HubSpot sitemap and metadata, giving search engines clarity across the US, Canada, Australia, India, and Japan. After launch, we submitted localized sitemaps to both Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools. That sped up indexing of these global industrial terms.
