UNBOUND 2026, HubSpot’s annual conference for growth-minded sales and marketing leaders, kicked off on September 16, this time under a new name: UNBOUND. It’s a name HubSpot says best “reflects how growth works today,” where teams across the customer experience, not just marketing, build connections with buyers on the agentic customer platform.
Over ten thousand leaders descended upon Boston to hear from more than 200 speakers on emerging strategies, practical AI use cases, and intelligent ways to unify GTM teams. The most anticipated session was the opening Fall Spotlight, in which HubSpot leaders Yamini Rangan, Duncan Lennox, and Jon Dick unpacked the trends of the moment and announced new platform innovations.
As an Elite-Tier HubSpot Partner, we were there watching the main stage. Out of hundreds of product updates, we’ve curated the few we think are most valuable for mid-sized brands growing and innovating with HubSpot. But first, let’s explore the theme setting the tone for UNBOUND 2026.
Growth Context: The Advantage for Teams Scaling with AI
Since HubSpot’s CRM launched 12 years ago, we’ve seen it evolve from a neat tool to a complete marketing, sales, and service platform. What remained consistent, and holds true today, is the importance of maintaining strong data foundations to market, sell, and serve better.
Rich data provides context. Context provides deep insight. And in this new AI age, agents running on an incomplete understanding of your business cannot work to their full potential. While agents can pull data from contact properties in the CRM, that context alone won’t scale efficiency or impact. Relying on a basic system of record (as in years gone by) isn’t enough for teams scaling with AI, especially if data are thin or stale.
This is why partners like us are championing what HubSpot coined “growth context” at Fall Spotlight. Growth context is much more than your data. It’s the shared understanding of your customers, your business, and how your team actually works, and leveraging it helps ensure complete alignment across sales, marketing, and service workflows.
Creating shared understanding happens by incorporating these contextual layers into HubSpot:
- Customer context. The full customer history across every interaction, not only the actions recorded in the CRM, as well as ICPs and target personas.
- Business context. Your branding, products or services, positioning, and competitors.
- Team context. The details of how your team works together, including processes and documentation.
For those looking to get work done well with the latest from HubSpot’s agentic customer platform, clean, reliable growth context will offer an advantage.

Agent Hub's Command Center Deepens Agent Knowledge
For marketing, sales, and service teams scaling growth
Most growth-focused sales, marketing, and service teams have adopted agents, yet few know what other teams or agents are doing. When running multiple scattered agents, they work from fragmented understandings of your customer. Agent Hub and its Context Home provides the solution to this problem.
Agent Hub joins HubSpot’s expanding line of intelligent, AI-powered software, enabling easy management of AI agents across the full customer journey. Think of Agent Hub as your agent command center, where every team can build, manage, and run a full suite of AI teammates. Running all your agents in HubSpot also ensures they work together with shared growth context, helping drive good-quality outcomes.
You can accomplish different goals in Agent Hub, from building demand and winning deals to scaling service. From a single centralized view, everyone can see which agents are running, providing visibility into the live status and performance of every active agent.
Out-of-the-box core agents and tools manageable in Agent Hub include:
- The AEO Tool
- Data Agent
- Prospecting Agent
- Deal Progression
- Customer Agent
Although the core agents can be activated in one click, getting your data foundations right first is crucial. This is why the new Context Home forms the backbone of Agent Hub.
Context Home provides a place to build valuable growth context inside HubSpot. Add ICPs and call transcripts, integrate external platforms, and feed in any other meaningful context agents can work from. This improves the accuracy and completeness of agents’ understanding of your business and enhances its value to your teams. Configured correctly, Context Home is pretty powerful.
HubSpot Agent Hub is currently in public beta for Professional and Enterprise users.
Marketing Studio Revamp Unifies Campaign Management
For marketing teams growing pipeline
This one isn’t exactly new, but it is improved! Marketing Studio launched a couple of years ago as a campaign planning workspace, where teams could visualize and plan campaigns on an interactive canvas. This next iteration unifies strategy, assets, and reporting in a UX-friendlier interface. It allows faster collaboration and execution, taking campaigns to market faster with less effort.
From our observations, Marketing Studio gets multi-channel campaigns off the ground by streamlining end-to-end execution. Create and map out your campaign assets, and Marketing Studio will plot them on the canvas. When everything has been created, build workflows in the same place. For those wanting to work with AI, a new AI-powered Campaign Agent can leverage growth context when prompted to make campaign briefs, assets, and automation. Some may find this useful in getting started.
But what’s really useful about Marketing Studio is the way everything campaign-related resides in one organized place, keeping contributors aligned and focused:
- The Overview tab provides quick access to current and past campaign insights and a campaign pipeline visualization, linking marketing efforts to deals and revenue.
- The Analyze tab offers unified views of campaign analytics, which you can apply an agile Loop Marketing mindset to as you carry forward the learnings.
- The Manage tab helps you manage the work. Check tasks, activity, and approvals, ensuring everyone executing the campaign stays on track.
- The Assets tab contains a filterable library of everything your team has ever made for marketing on HubSpot. No jumping around the platform is necessary.
HubSpot Marketing Studio is available now for Marketing Hub users on Professional and Enterprise.
Revenue Agent Expands Quote-to-Cash Capability
For sales and finance teams wanting to get paid faster
Revenue Hub, HubSpot’s quote-to-cash offering, recently launched to unify quoting, contracts, billing, and payments in the platform. Now comes Revenue Agent to automate collections. It continually adapts based on its understanding of your growth context, ensuring teams lock down incoming cash flows. But it also makes room for working complex deals and expanding accounts — the types of activities that require a human touch.
AI-powered Revenue Agent works like a proactive supervisor that monitors outstanding invoices and plans and executes actions to collect payments at scale. It suits businesses operating subscription- or service-based models where late payments significantly impact cash flow. And using the agent is straightforward because it does the heavy lifting by working with growth context.
Revenue Agent basically generates and actions an plan for each open invoice. It drafts personalized reminder emails addressed to the customer, editable as you see fit, then schedules them to go out. Review and approve the prepared plan, and it’s ready to go.
Here’s an example in action:
- If an invoice becomes overdue, Revenue Agent sends the first reminder containing a payment link to secure the revenue.
- In the best-case scenario, the customer pays immediately, but they may respond with when you should expect payment.
- Revenue Agent monitors the interaction, regenerates the plan, and updates the timing of reminders to ensure the payment won’t be missed, locking down revenue.
HubSpot Revenue Agent is available now for all plans.
