ReleasePoint was ready to launch ROMI and needed a way to educate practice managers about the nuances of the software and service in a way that would be informative, searchable, and accessible.

ROMI is a software that offers medical practices a comprehensive solution for managing the release of medical information. It combines a modern web-based portal with a host of managed back office services, and can help companies improve HIPAA compliance, maximize allowable revenue, and dramatically reduce the time staff spends dealing with insurance companies, law firms, government agencies and retrieval organizations.

ReleasePoint retained Salted Stone's services for a complete website redesign and product video to spread the word about ROMI.

 The Design

We worked with the client to identify personas for the video's target audience of medical practice managers, and our creative team expanded on the initial direction provided by the client and set out storyboarding a video that would relay the complexities and nuances of ROMI in a light and entertaining manner.

Salted Stone's Head of Creative, Mitch McKenzie remembers working with ReleasePoint as a "smooth process." After going through multiple iterations with the client in pre-production, we were able to launch the new video along with ReleasePoint's new website in October.

The Results

The video we produced for ReleasePoint was a success because it succeeded in breaking down the complexities and nuances of ROMI in a way that was appealing to the personas we targeted.

Our team was able to take a complex software solution and break it down into something that was fun and entertaining, but that still delivered ReleasePoint's brand message about ROMI.

Launching the video coincided with an 18.5 percent increase in traffic to ReleasePoint's homepage.
